AI Education Project (aiEDU) is a national nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that every student is prepared to live, work, and thrive in a world shaped by artificial intelligence. Through high-quality curriculum, professional learning, and district partnerships, aiEDU is helping schools across the country build AI literacy and readiness for both students and educators.
This collaboration marks an important step forward in supporting NCSS member schools and districts as they navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
NCSS members will gain access to exclusive discounted opportunities after the NCSS Annual Conference to participate in aiEDU’s Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and nationally recognized Trailblazer Fellowship programs.
For more than a decade, KID Museum has fostered the “Mind of a Maker” in children and teens. Today’s students are growing up during dramatic technological change. There is economic uncertainty where artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how work gets done, how information is created, and how decisions are made across nearly every industry. Through this partnership with KID, NCSS will help young students address these challenges.
KID Museum and NCSS will collaborate on professional development and curriculum resources to help teachers incorporate STEM experiences. Educators can incorporate those resources in classroom lessons or after-school or summer programs to nurture the development of skills like curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and compassion within a STEM context. It builds on the core values of authentic research and student-centered learning that have guided NCSS secondary schools for nearly 40 years. NCSS and KID Museum are recruiting two to four NCSS member schools/districts to launch this new collaboration.
